Happy New Year!
Many of you have prayed for my children since they were babies. I am so grateful! I thought you might enjoy this family photo.
My children are my greatest earthly gifts!
As you know, years ago God added two wonderful men to our family. They love my daughters and are like sons to me.
I'm so blessed we can all share life together – and of course delight in the three beautiful children Rachel and Bobby have brought into our lives – our little tribe is growing!
After serving Jesus for almost 38 years it is more obvious than ever how faithful and kind the Lord is.
My heart is full as God brings all of us into new seasons of growth in Him... and in the things of life in general.

There Is A Redeemer!!
Many have told me they sang this song last week at their Christmas celebrations. I was so blessed it caused me to reflect back to the day I wrote it.
It flowed out in spontaneous praise to God – His pure holiness and sacrifice for me, and for all who believe in Him. Jesus, the One who redeemed me from my sins and from my empty life without Him.
It is my personal proclamation of faith and gratitude.
So I wrote on a piece of paper last week and decided to make it my daily prayer-anthem for 2013 – as a reminder of what a Great God we all serve.

Foster Baby Soothed
Two weeks ago we welcomed home a 4 week old foster baby. He doesn't like to sleep in quiet, so we've been playing Keith Green at night. And I really feel the peace of God over our house.

Prison Ministry and Heart
I just read and shared your LDM article "Hope in God." It was right on time.
Your experience and words encouraged me even tho I've been struggling with fear and discouragement.
I'm going to share the Gospel of Hope and music in some Prison Programs. Apparently we don't have to be "perfect" to do that!
